The Pollution Block

This project tackles India’s rising air pollution and winter road accidents caused by smog and poor visibility. Using the natural pollutant-absorbing power of activated carbon, we created curb stones and paver blocks that clean the air by absorbing harmful gases like CO₂, SO₂, and NO₂. Integrated into urban infrastructure through a CSR partnership with the Government of India, this sustainable and low-cost innovation helps reduce pollution, improve visibility, and make roads safer during high-smog seasons.
